Take a live tour online of deep sky objects through our telescopes with Peter Starr.
Peter has a Masters Degree in astronomy and is a former manager of the famous Siding Spring Observatory.
Log on via Zoom and we will take images in real time.
We view deep sky objects such as galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters.
We use up to4 different telescopes; a 17 inch telescope with a Canon RA mirrorless camera, a 20 inch telescope with an astronomical CCD camera, & a 4″ Takahashi telescope with a CCD camera, a 3 inch telescope with a canon camera.
Ask questions about astronomy and the night sky.
Session goes for a minimum of 1 hour.
The session is held late at night here in Dubbo Australia after our on-site shows.
Not available on nights around full moon. Not available on long weekends.
