Stargazing Online

You can experience our Night Sky & Telescope Tour Live Online from the comfort of your home

We hold this late in the evening after our onsite shows are concluded which is after midnight. We can do an earlier session for school or scout groups if booked well in advance and there is at least a group of 20 log ins.

We use cameras setup on the night sky and through our telescopes at Dubbo and Coonabarabran. (Coonabarabran not always available if research is being conducted)

We can show you the whole night sky including the Milky Way and constellations.

We then tour the sky through the telescopes to show astronomical objects like the Moon, Stars, Nebulae, Star Clusters, Galaxies, and Comets in much better detail than what your eye would ever see through a telescope.

Planets we show video and still images from earlier in the same night.

All of this is live and you can interact and ask questions and you may have a request to look at a particular object or perhaps a star you have purchased from a registry.

We explain all that you see and is an educational experience.

We can tailor this to your needs if you are a school group or a scout group and make an earlier time if the group size is large enough etc.

Cost is $26 per home log in.

You need Zoom installed on your PC.
