You can purchase a gift certificate for a birthday or xmas gift for a friend.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
The recipient of the gift uses the certificates to book one of the following sessions on a certain night online. If the session is cancelled due to bad weather, the recipient uses the gift certificate to use on a different night in the future but must book in online.
So its best if the recipient lives in or near Dubbo so they can be flexible on dates.

If you want a different number of people on that certificate, email me and I can setup a gift certificate that suits.
If you are purchasing a gift certificate to be used for a specific date, you are better off purchasing a ticket for that date and not a gift certificate as it is cheaper and if the session is sold out you would not be able to use the certificate for that session. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
The gift certificate will have a credit note number on it. The recipient of the gift certificate will use the credit note number to purchase a ticket online for the date they want to come unless the session sold out.
The credit note number is typed in when booking the session so no credit card payment is necessary unless they wish to buy more tickets.
Conditions
The Gift Certificate cannot be used when purchasing tickets at the door.
If the session is cancelled by us because of bad weather or a covid-19 closure, a new credit note is issued to purchase a ticket for another future date.
If the customer cancels, a new credit note number is only issued if we can resell the places online. If they cant be resold, the customer loses the ticket. We recommend the Gift Certificate recipient purchases the ticket on the day when they know they can definitely come.
